("BulkFresh," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1247 Sunset Blvd, Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90026. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using BulkFresh's website, app, or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

3. Orders & Pricing

Placing Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final. We are not responsible for pricing errors due to technical issues; in such cases, we will contact you before processing your order.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable California state and local tax rates.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses within our service area in Greater Los Angeles. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, or carrier issues. Free delivery is available on orders exceeding $35.00 (before taxes and fees).

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are unsatisfied with any item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
• Perishable items (produce, dairy) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our website or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulkFresh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkFresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
